Art of the Streets in Sweden - 13-14th of August.
Imagine my excitement when I saw this a few months ago. And it just hit me - it's this weekend. Art of the streets is a two-day "festival-like" event, where lectures will be held about streetart, graffiti, the way of expressing ourselves, and the right to expressing ourselves. It will be held in the "Södra Teatern" (South teater) in Stockholm and is open Saturday and Sunday day from 12-20. So if

There are a lot of things going on in Sweden right now. And it's getting bigger. Its Shai Dahan - just had an exhibition in Gothenburg and now going full on streetart on the streets. Its HopLouie from Stockholm - Introducing the famous Hoplouie

Here's a piece I saw not long ago. GOOD STUFF. Obviously it says that its from 2002 - so it's pretty old. Hoplouie - The banksy of Stockholm.

Introducing Shai Dahan - With the swedish Dala Horse
Shai Dahan is an artist earlier situated in New York, and now situated in Sweden focusing his pieces on animals and our impact on them.We kill animals - it's a sport, they kill us - its the worst thing that could happen in the world. Why? We're the ones with the guns, not them. Animals are submissive and almost helpless in their own environment. More from Shai Dahan coming soon.
